At only age 34, Michael Fabiano is one of the world’s greatest tenors. He is known as opera’s “risk-taking tenor,” taking chances to perform some of the massive works with amazement. He also started a dynamic nonprofit, ArtSmart. The first program of its kind, ArtSmart brings professionally taught voice lessons to 12 students every week, free of charge. His wonderful strides in the music education realm is a powerful reminder that musicians can make an impact both on and off stage.
