Menagerie Trio Livestream

Beginning on Wednesday March 25 and live-streaming weekly from Buffalo, NY, the Menagerie Trio will bring live music directly to your device. Tune in as violinist Shannon Reilly, guitarist Tom Torrisi, and cellist Katie Weissman present a refreshing and eclectic program of solos, duos, and trios, interspersing exciting modern compositions with the works of Vivaldi and Haydn. The concert will begin at 7:30 pm EST and will stream live on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.

The DSO Replay allows listeners to stream past shows for free. Past DSO concerts are catalogued by season, composer, and genre (Baroque, Classical, Romantic, etc.) giving viewers the opportunity to listen to a wealth of repertoire.

Music On The Rebound is an ongoing online festival designed to bring people together through musical exchanges and help performers affected by the COVID-19 crisis. Highlights include a world-wide musical exchange of Pauline Oliveros' Tuning Meditation, led by IONE and Claire Chase. Sing with them LIVE from your personal computer on March 28!

S.E.M. Ensemble

Date: April 1

S.E.M. Ensemble was founded in 1970 when Petr Kotik organized a group of musicians of the fellows at the Center of the Creative and Performing Arts, SUNY/Buffalo. Their 50th Anniversary Concert has been postponed. To make up for this postponement, they will be uploading a video to their homepage on April 1st at 1pm EST that will approximate the program that they intended to perform. It will include recent recordings of works by Christian Wolff, Robert Ashley, Miya Masaoka, Julius Eastman, and Petr Kotik. These recordings will be accompanied by photos from their archive, as well as by commentary by the composers.

Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center
